The rental and buying prices will surely vary depending on the size and location of the apartment in Anfi. Low and high season will in most cases also affect the prices. Sometimes you might get lucky finding a very cheap holiday week. Other times you must pay the “normal” prices. However comparing to local hotels you will find the locations, the overall quality and 5 star standard, size of rooms and bathrooms, the huge balconies, views really is hard to find anywhere else in the area. Pricewise if you compare with local hotels and tour operators you will soon find out that you get much more value in Anfi. Another bonus is the number of persons that can sleep in the apartments compared to local hotels.

When renting an apartment on a private to private basis - we STRONGLY recommend not to pay the rent until you have a verified guest certificate issued from Anfi to the owner.

It has happened before that renters showed up at Anfi to check in and the holiday was ruined because they had been exposed to fraud. The “owner” was a fake profile and a fraud.

The guest certificate is ONLY issued by Anfi. It is the owner of the apartment that must contact Anfi with your (renters) details for issuing the certificate in the renters name. Name, address, cellphone number and e-mail.

Make sure that the owner put your e-mail on CC (copy) when the owner applies for the guest certificate at Anfi Customer Service. This is the e-mail: customerservice@anfi.es

We also recommend not to book flight tickets until the guest certificate is verified.

Therefore upon receiving your guest certificate from the owner- you SHOULD contact Anfi - www.anfi.com - to check that the guest certificate is authentic and activated in your name. Use the guest certificate number as reference.

To make sure the owner is legit, try to find out as much on the owner as possible. Facebook profile, contact info, picture of Anfi Membership Contract or call the owner. Anfi Customer Service is NOT allowed to give out any information about owners. They can only help you verify the guest certificate.

First of all buying second hand is much cheaper than buying directly from Anfi. However when buying directly from a private person you will loose some benefits to use a as an new owner of a timeshare week. In basic you just own a holiday week you can use according to the contract. More info follows in the terms on condition upon buying from privates. We will always recommend using legal advise. A floating week is where the owner of a timeshare apartment week applies the Anfi Vaction Club for an apartment in Anfi. When confirmed the owner will have the apartment appointed upon arrival. Depending on the owners type of contract and type of apartment. It could for instance be a 2 bedroom in Monte Anfi Club – high floor or a 1 bedroom in Anfi Beach Club – ground floor. Before renting or buying such apartment week, make sure to ask the owner about the type of apartment and location.

A fixed week is where the owner has bought a certain apartment in a certain Anfi week. So when you arrive you should get the apartment and dates the owner has rented or sold to you.

The Anfi calender is odd from the regular calandar and can be a bit confusing. Be aware upon renting or buying. See the calender here
